Onward Mobility defines, designs, develops and markets technology driven mobile applications for the ever expanding mobile world. With a focus on creating innovative Value applications that enhance the abilities of a mobile phone – evolving it into a more powerful yet secured device.

Onward thrives on developing low cost value adding applications for a regular mobile user as well as for the corporate customers. Strength of our solutions lies in fact that every mobile user is our target customer – anywhere in the world.

With a massive mobile market in India, Onward has embarked upon an ambitious retail expansion plan across all the major cities and towns of India. Our target is to have a national footprint in over 150,000 retail outlets by March 2011.

Besides Indian market, Onward products are marketed through strategic partners in countries such as Australia, Bangladesh, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Qatar, UAE, UK and US.

Mr. Arun Menon:
Arun brings in immense understanding and around a decade of experience in varied technologies and markets. He has been instrumental in delivering many first to market products in the mobile and internet space.  A graduate from IIT Bombay one of his key strengths is to deliver path breaking products. Arun is one of the founders Onward Mobility and as the CEO of the company is responsible for executing the vision and strategy of Onward.

Mr. Ajay Menon:
Ajay brings in over 14 years of enriched sales and business experience in which he successfully run three diverse businesses. He started of his career in finance domain and went on to become the CEO of BITS, a public limited company and made a remarkable turnaround of the company. Ajay's core strengths lie in managing relationships, negotiating deals and winning customers. Ajay is one of the founders of Onward Mobility and heads sales and distribution.

Mr. Sendhil Kumar:
Sendhil brings in 15 years telecom experience in which he has played pioneering roles in many innovative developments in his career and has lead many young teams of Engineers in developing Security Products and solutions. Sendhil's forte is integrating the benefits of Mobile Communications with real-life applications. Sendhil is one of the founders of Onward Mobility and heads its operations.

Mr. Bilal Abdullah: 
Bilal brings in the team 2 decades of national and international experience in which he worked at senior levels in leading organizations. Bilal has conceived and marketed products like M-Commerce, Information & Entertainment Kiosk, Vehicle Tracking, Fleet Management Systems and his forte is to envision new and innovative ways of reaching the end customer. Bilal is one of the founders of Onward and heads International business development.

Vivek Nathwani:
Vivek began his career in investment banking. He previously worked on Wall Street as an analyst for Chase Manhattan Bank and as a senior associate with Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi in New York.  Returning to India he was a founder of Liquid Equity Capital. He worked with growth businesses in India and international clients investing in India.
 
Vivek has advised businesses in a range of sectors including technology, retail, manufacturing and financial services. He has helped enterprises raise capital and advised on strategy, communications and positioning. He has managed the creation of a number of alliances between Indian and international businesses using India as a base for operations.  He is an active angel investor and was previously on the board of Apalya Technologies, India's leading mobile streaming platform which was subsequently funded by IDG Ventures.
 
Vivek is currently founder and director of Veri Communications - a strategic corporate communications company. Veri assists corporates with their internal and external communications.  It offers a range of services from communications planning to execution and blends the skills of a management consultancy with the creative talent of a design agency to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions to clients within India and abroad. The firm offers a unique blend of International credentials - founders have run successful businesses in Europe, the US and Asia, they have a track record with blue-chip multinational clients and an ethos of world-class service delivery.

Rajiv Dadlani:
A young and dynamic promoter, with over 16 years of experience, Rajiv alongwith a team of professionals from the Investment Banking and Corporate Finance industry formed over a decade ago and has overseen its operations for the last 12 years to make it one of the premiere Boutique Investment Banks of India.

Under his leadership has grown to be a full service Investment Bank.

His responsibilities span from origination of transactions to marketing and negotiation.

He has headed the syndication team for large infrastructure projects in telecom, ports, roads, pipelines etc. He is a dynamic Leader, having conducted business internationally, with the U.S.A, U.K., Europe, Singapore & U.A.E.

Rajiv has been personally involved in more than 50 transaction closures in the past decade, some of them being cross border in nature. He has led his team to successfully advise on Private Equity and Debt Placements, Venture Capital Deals, I.P.O.’s, Working Capital, Term Loans, Project Finance, Structured Finance and M & A transactions. as well as Angel Investments.

He is an active Investor and is part of the screening committee of the Mumbai Angels, a leading and professional angel investment group.

He has strong relationships with Government agencies and Financial Institutions.

He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the ICFAI, Hyderabad and has a B.COM degree with First Class from the University of Mumbai. In addition to the above, he has completed various diploma programmes in Technical Analysis., Export and Import Management (Indo American Society) and Advanced Computer Programming (Network Computer Institute).

Vikas Choudhury:
An Entrepreneur and Investor with business interests in technology, international trade, marketing and distribution, retail and consumer business companies.

He is a Director at The Sun Group, his family business which comprises of three companies in international trade, hardware distribution and security systems.

He was Founder and CEO of Aurovision, a Red Herring Top 200 IT Company in Enterprise Performance Management with Fortune 2000 customers in 5 countries. Prior to that he was Founder of Pacific Security Solutions, India's leading security surveillance, access control and counter terrorism company with large industrial and Government installations. He was previously in IT Management Consulting with Covansys (a CSC Co.) and Arthur Andersen in USA.

He is an active Angel Investor and advisor to several successful early and growth stage companies that have also raised venture capital from leading funds like Sequoia and Kleiner Perkins. He is also on the Screening Committee of the Mumbai Angels Ventures and on the Board of Trustees of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) in Mumbai.

He is an MBA from University of Pittsburgh and an MMS from NMIMS, Bombay. He has also completed Executive Management in Venture Capital from London Business School at ISB.

Parthasarathy Nemana:
Parth is an IIT Bombay grad with over 10 years of experience in software technologies with big software houses like Tata InfoTech, HCL. Parth has been a key player in the development of various products at Onward. He also plays an instrumental role in creating product strategies and product roadmaps at Onward.

Nagraj Nayak:
Nagraj brings in over 10 years of experience of software product development in areas like Mobile Enterprise and IP Telecommunication. He currently leads the J2ME, Blackberry and Android based product development team, he also plays a key role in Onward's product strategies and road map.
