If I format my phone, will DailyCOP still be available on it?

No. Once formatted, the DailyCOP application gets uninstalled and you'll need to reinstall it and can register using the same scratch code.

I lost my phone and I have DailyCOP installed on it. What do I do now?

There are some important SMS commands which you should send to your lost phone number or the changed SIM number the notification of which is sent to the secondary numbers (Friend Number 1,2,3) you had set in the DailyCOP application.
